We do not offer refunds on any digital products and/or future coaching sessions purchased on this website. All sales of original artwork/books are final. Returns or exchanges of original artwork/books are not available except in the most extreme situations.

NaturallyHerS3lf is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). If there is an issue with your artwork/books upon delivery, please contact naturallyhers3lf@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
